To grow is an innate desire of man. So innate as the desire to live, eat and sleep. However, as innate this desire is, in most cases we don’t treat it with intentionality and the passion. In most cases we leave it to chance, relegate in to background or delegate others to design the process for us.

While delegating the learning process or desire to others is not a bad idea, not pursuing it with passion and vigour lead to a life of buried potential and a stagnated life. To grow and attain, learning must be a part of our life. Learning must be LOVED.
